The Pro-Found Company (hereinafter called COMPANY) or its affiliates (collectively, "the AnyIndian.com Web Site")
developed and operates the AnyIndian.com Web Site.
These are the terms and conditions governing your use of the website.
By using the AnyIndian.com website, you accept and agree to abide by the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein without any modifications. Your use of a particular section or pages or service included within the AnyIndian.com Web Site may also be subject to additional terms outlined elsewhere on those sections or pages of the AnyIndian.com Web Site.

ELIGIBILITY, ACCOUNT CREATION, REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
Use of the Site is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Site. The company reserves the right to terminate your account and refuse to provide you with access to the Site if the company discovers that you are incompetent to contract. The Site is not available to persons whose account has been suspended or terminated by the company. If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement.
If a particular AnyIndian.com Site/Service requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or the company has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not in accordance with the User Agreement, the company has the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to the Site. You then will choose a password and an user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify COMPANY immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. COMPANY will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by COMPANY or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder. If COMPANY has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Service COMPANY may change any or all of your passwords immediately and will notify you accordingly.
MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE
COMPANY reserves the right to change at any time the terms, conditions, and notices under which the AnyIndian.com Sites/Services are offered without any notice. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions and additional terms posted on particular websites. Your continued use of the AnyIndian.com Sites/Services constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
