AnyIndian.com has a customer friendly return and refund policy. This policy applies to all our Indian customers.
We regret that at present we could not extend the same policy to our international customers
(customers from outside India) due to Import/Export regulations involved.
If the items you have bought with us are delivered in defecive and/or damaged conditions,
please write to us at customerservice@anyindian.com. After writing to us,
please send the defective/damaged item back to the address given below.
As soon as we receive the damaged item back we will replace the item for you.
To get an item replaced, you have to write to us within 14 days of receiving the item.
Please note that we could not give a refund for damaged/defective items, but we will be happy to replace it.
We regret that we could not bear the shipping cost of sending the defective items back to us.
Please remember to include the packing slip while returning any product. We will not replace any defective items without the packing slip and order number.
To make shopping with us a pleasure, we also offer an Unconditional Return policy.
Under this policy you have the option to return any unopened item in its original packing,
within 14 days of delivery to you. Excluding the shipping cost, we will reimburse the money you have paid,
within 14 days of we receiving the unopened item in its original packing.
We will make a refund through the same option you used to pay for it.
For example, if you used Master Card to pay for it, we will give credit back to the same Master Card.
Though we dont force anyone to tell us why they return products, we would be more than happy to know the reason.
Your feedback on why you return an item would help us to serve your needs better in future.
Please send the items through a secure package with the packing slip you received to the address given below.
We also could not refund the original shipping cost (if any) paid by the customer.
We also could make refunds for the products bought with us only.
Please note that we will not bear the shipping cost of sending any items back to us.
